trip to 'kelate'
bismillah,
the trip to Kelantan wasn't so bad, we went there for a matter of reasons
here's one reason, to accompany and attend a wedding (sebelah lelaki)
~the bride~
~a once upon a time 'geng bus sekolah pak atan'~
my mother also had plans to settle this:~a very old document!there was an older one but i didn't snap a picture of it, it was missing lots of pieces~
which she had wanted to do a long time ago
we hardly stayed put in my cousin's house during our stay, shopping was the main reason to this
we also went to Pantai sri tujuh, the kite festival had ended but we still saw glimpses of different kites as many visitors had brought along or bought kites to/at the beach. We also bought one:
on one night we were invited to a 'kenduri kesyukuran' (thanksgiving ceremony?) semperna siapnya sebuah rumah baru. the house was humongous!i loved the balcony the most besides the side garden. One of my siblings even said that you could camp on the balcony!. One of them also asked umi to install lights like they have (the lights automatically lighted up once something come to their area and tripped their sensors)
we also stoped by at the permata hijrah headquarters. mission: my mom wanted to complain that there were ants in the product she had previously purchased. In the end, she got a replacement and guess what? my sister also had undergone 'rawatan membuang sinus/resdung' (note:everyone has sinus, its just a matter of quantity). My mother and i became spectators of the once in a lifetime event. My sister was given something too smell and also had cotton buds dipped in some liquefied substance put into her ears (and nose-this only happened once though! umi and i exchanged glances when this was done, we tried our best to stop giggling, it was soo hilarious!). The buds in the ear functioned to help know weather the resdung was serious or not. The louder the sound you hear (its kind of a tick2 sound) the more likely you have serious resdung. The powder smelt by my sister on the other hand also helped verify the seriousness. My sister sneezed continuously, non-stop, and according to my littlest sibling, who did all the counting with enthusiasm, the total count was 29! She stood near my sister and chanted 'go ngah!go ngah!satu je lagi!' (she wanted to round up the number to 30). i burst out with laughter (poor her). The hardest part for my sister was the blowing part, she had to blow to help the sinus flow out while the 'doctor' or whatever her name is patted her back, did massages and somewhat pinched her face. She was the most exhausted person today.
you can look at what the treatment looks like here
To end everything, my family dropped by at Cameroon while heading home. We bought a few things there and savored the fresh, cold air around us.
p/s: i was so tempted to eat these!just look at them!scrumptiously delicious!
~berries, cream and chocolate, yum2~
:) once in a while picture spamming feels good (minus the part where you have to wait for the the picture to upload)
