a night out..

We were running late, it was almost 7 o’clock already, yet not all of us had arrived yet. So we waited until finally, we were complete and started to get a move on it as our hand phones didn’t even stop beeping (one of us was to bring plates, spoons and etc mind you!).

Luckily we reached in the nick of time although out of breath, and helped prepare the table. The photographer (Athari to be exact) had happily snapped away doing his job.

'THE PHOTOGRAPHER'

Not all of our class members had arrived yet when the Azan was heard a few minutes later indicating that it was time to break our fast. I ate the caramel pudding first, some say I’m weird-but who cares..., it was sweet, and so tasty. I also had..... -canceled because I don’t want to talk about food all day long-.

'PIZZA ANYBODY??'

I was quite full after a while, oh, wait a minute I forgot to mention Mr. Alfred Philip, our Bel300 lecturer didn’t I? He for your information had made drinks, using his own home recipe (I’m not quite sure what he calls it but truly I can assure you, that it wasn’t half bad). The ingredients are as follows;

+Orange cordial

+Mango cordial

+100 plus??

+Lime juice (limau kasturi)

+Sugar

+And water

So what you do is you just put the whole lot and stir and ‘vola’ your drink is ready. p/s: add anything more or less according to your own taste.

It was nearing 8 o’clock and we haven’t prayed yet! So I quietly went out with Syairah to perform our duty. Luckily we survived! As the Azan was heard shortly after we prayed. Some weren't as fortunate as us. We then went back to the party, but to our disappointment didn’t even see any trace of the cake that they had just cut when we left the place.

'HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME...'

But I guess there are ‘hikmah’s’ behind everything, which most are not known by me, what I care most is that we didn’t miss our prayers.

My mind didn’t stop thinking after that; if I’m not mistaken I didn’t even see the boys budging from the food table. I don’t think my eyes where playing tricks on me because Anum had also seen the same. What am I supposed to do? Part of me wanted to directly say it to them but I thought a little more, as they are boys and by advising them their egos would surely raise (even more as the advice came from a girl). So nope, I didn’t advise them, as it would better off come from the mouth of a boy instead.

Back to the party, it went on smoothly although Azril had left early (it was his birthday tomorrow and his old friends had come to celebrate it with him). The cleaning up phase finally came; everybody stopped dead in their tracks so the food could all go down (yeh right!). Everybody didn’t move except Azahari that is. Yes believe it; he started cleaning by himself until finally others joined him. I really ‘tabik sping’ to him, a very responsible guy. The room was almost clean when an accident happened, Izhar accidentally dropped a polistrine of rice! (It’s really a waste!), and had to clean up of course!

'SWEEP 2...'

We then all went back to our hostels and slept…zzzzzzz..well not before taking pictures...so chesse

'SAY CHEESE'

-THE END-
